Danielle Aubuchon, the owner and creator of Alternative Fitness has discovered that there are a lot of people, particularly women, who find it intimidating to workout in large groups, so small group classes ( limit of 6) are offered as well as One on One training . During private sessions , the client and the trainer are the only ones in the facility. Experience a cheerful , intimate atmosphere designed to enhance the client’s workout, yoga ,or Pilates session.
