in town featuring Personal training ,Circuit training classes , Yoga and
Pilates. The gym is appointed with state of the art professional equipment
and is located in a charming, quiet neighborhood. Danielle Aubuchon, the
owner and creator of Alternative Fitness has discovered that there are
a lot of people, particularly women, who find it intimidating to workout
in large groups, so small group classes ( limit of 6) are offered as well
as One on One training . During private sessions , the client and the
trainer are the only ones in the facility. Experience a cheerful , intimate
atmosphere designed to enhance the clients workout, yoga ,or Pilates
session. Uniquely, Alternative Fitness offers the option of a wide selection
of commercial free music during sessions, the choice of which is left
to the client, not the trainer. Supportive and individualized attention
