One on One Pilates
and Duets: In these 1 hour sessions you alone or with a friend, will
perform the Pilates exercises on equipment, the reformer, spine corrector
and stabilty chair. You will develop and/or increase abdominal and back
strength, i.e. "the core" while improving balance and improving
flexibility.$70 per hour for 1 client
$45 per hour per client for a duet
One on One personal training: A one on one fitness program aimed
at acheiving YOUR personal fitness goals and developed speciically for
you based on your personal profile. This is a wonderful option for those
who would like to ease back into an exercise lifestyle. |
