Danielle
has practiced and studied yoga for over 25 years and has over 10 years
of teaching under her belt. She is a certified Personal trainer, yoga
instructor and Pilates Mat Instructor and group fitness instructor. She
also holds certifications in Prenatal/Postnatal fitness, Nutritional Counseling
, Stress Management ,Senior Fitness Guidelines
, Youth Fitness and Weight loss and Life style management .
Danielle believes that continuing education is one of the most important
keys in being a well informed trainer. As a trainer, keeping oneself
constantly educated and familiar with the latest studies is the only way
you can really guide your clients to make good choices and keep them safe
as they achieve their goals She also believes in creating not only
a safe and effective atmosphere , but a fun and supportive one,as well.
Adherence to a health and Fitness routine will only be achieved
if clients feel emotionally supported and have a good time. Boredom is
the enemy of most exercise programs. So joking , laughing and smiling
are as important as the rest of the exercises.
