One on One personal training: A one on one fitness program aimed at achieving YOUR personal fitness goals and developed specifically for you based on your personal profile. This is a wonderful option for those who would like to ease back into an exercise lifestyle. One on One Pilates and Duets: In these 1 hour sessions you alone or with a friend, will perform the Pilates exercises on equipment, the reformer, spine corrector and stability chair. You will develop and/or increase abdominal and back strength, i.e. "the core" while improving balance and improving flexibility. Pilates Mat: Pilates is a series of body conditioning movements that strengthen and stretch muscles to promote "core strength" and complete body conditioning. This class emphasizes concentration, correct body alignment, and proper breathing while performing the series of floor work exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Through Pilates you will develop abdominal and back strength, which will allow your body to move safely and efficiently in athletic endeavors and daily life. Circuit training: These classes offer a wonderful way to burn fat, tone muscles, increase cardiovascular strength and have fun while doing it!!! You will be working with a certified personal trainer who has designed a workout specifically for you based on your individual profile (including age, exercise history, medical history, goals and fitness level, etc..) The classes are limited to only six students so there is even more personalized time, attention and encouragement dedicated to you! These classes offer a wonderful opportunity to work with a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. Let it Go Yoga : This unique style of yoga enhances relaxation while increasing flexibility because it is done lying down and with the eyes closed. Gravity works with you to realign the spine and ease out pain and stress. This class is suitable for people recovering from injury, beginners and for anyone who wants to let go of the stress .
Pure Cardio: Just as it sounds! This class emphasizes movement and utilizes the cardio machines to induce a rigorous cardiovascular workout. Strengthen the heart,burn fat, enhance agility and develop your athletic abilities all while having FUN! Sweat off those holiday treats with your pals to high energy rythmic tunes! If you're looking to invite more endorphins in to your life, this is the class for you! * co-ed class * Nurtured stretch and Relaxation: This class offers you an oppurtunity to rejuvenate you mind, body and spirit after your busy day.Give yourself over to this calming and enriching process-light stretching followed by an extended period of savasana (relaxation pose) under the tranquil sounds of a guided meditation. In this fast paced world we don't always take the time to realize the incredible benefits of deep relaxation. Give yourself permission to let go in an encouraging and nurturing atmosphere. Ahhhhh...
